Visokio retains your data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Due to the frequent rebuilding of the Omniscope service, your data may be deleted without warning. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Visokio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Visokio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
Visokio is not responsible for the data that you upload and process using the Omniscope Evo Service. We strongly recommend that you do not upload any sensitive or personally identifiable information to the Service. You are solely responsible for the data you choose to upload and process, and for ensuring that you comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
We do not access your working data projects and sources on our Service, except when required to provide support, analyse bugs, or address app faults to improve the Service. In such cases, our access to your working data will be limited to the extent necessary to resolve the issue or improve the Service, and we will maintain the confidentiality of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
We use Auth0 to store user account information, with a tenant based in the UK. The virtual machines where Omniscope is running are hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. As a result, your data, including projects and sources uploaded to Omniscope, may be transferred to and stored in the United States. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer and acknowledge that your data may be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States, which may differ from those in your country of residence. We take appropriate steps to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.
In the event of a data breach involving your personal data, we will take all necessary steps required by applicable laws and regulations. If required, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, and in any case, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Our notification will include information about the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of affected individuals, the likely consequences of the breach, and the measures taken or proposed to mitigate the breach’s possible adverse effects.
