Recommendations & known issues
  • Use the latest Chrome, Edge or Firefox browser. If using server-side image/pdf generation, have the latest Chrome (>115) on the server itself.
  • For best performance, configure these antivirus exclusions.
  • Mac versions of Omniscope require you to approve downloads using the Security Center. More info.
  • Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may block the installer (saying “prevented an unrecognized app from starting”). Press “More info” and “Run anyway“.

Versions and builds

Version 2024.1 represents the first major release in the year 2024. Builds with the latest developments are automatically tested and uploaded typically daily. Periodically, builds are subjected to extended human testing during a Candidate ☘ phase to produce a Rock 💎 stable build.

For production servers, choose the latest Rock build. Or, to use the newest features, choose the latest daily build, and send us your comments for the shortest feedback loop.
