AI and Automation FAQs
Does the AI Features add-on provide the same capabilities on every plan?
No. Business AI Features supports AI-assisted data analysis and report creation. Enterprise AI Features adds Workflow Ninja, full AI-assisted project authoring, OpenRouter and supported Local LLMs for full privacy and control.
Does the Automation add-on provide the same capabilities on every plan?
No. Pro provides report refresh automation, Business provides data workflow, tasks and pipelines orchestration, and Enterprise provides complete automation together with programmatic project authoring through REST APIs and MCP.
Can AI Features and Automation be purchased separately?
Yes. AI Features and Automation are separate add-ons. Customers can combine them for both AI-driven and programmatic project authoring.
Are model usage costs included?
AI Features uses your organisation’s configured model-provider credentials (BYOL). Any model consumption charges are billed separately by the selected provider.
*seat: access based on the maximum number of concurrent users. For example, a 10 seats licence allows any 10 users to access Omniscope at any point in time. If a user tries to log in the app and there are no seats currently available, they are denied access.
Pro licence supports shared seats. Business plan allows both shared and named seats.
Licensing is per installation, including support and updates.
Monthly pricing and subscriptions are available. Annual billing saves 20%.
We offer discounted pricing to non-profits and public sector, and free licence to academic users.
